If you've provided an incomplete order, have not submitted payment, or have a question about product details, your order will be placed on temporary hold until we can confirm all necessary information by email.  This will delay your turnaround time.  If we do not hear back from you in a timely manner, your order will be canceled and, if payment was supplied, a refund will be issued.
