All Cherry Hill Designs are protected by copyright law, so changing any part of our product design (font, color, adding a logo or element, etc.) may fall outside of the USCO legal umbrella of protection.  In order to keep our copyrights in-tact, streamline our work flow and keep production moving quickly (which keeps prices low),  we do not customize our designs to meet your specifications.  All designs are printed with colors and fonts as-shown -- with your custom name or text.

If you need custom artwork, we've worked with several very talented designers whose contact information we'd be happy to pass along upon request.  Contact us if you'd like a designer referral.

Incomplete Orders  by 
If you've provided an incomplete order, have not submitted payment, or have a question about product details, your order will be placed on temporary hold until we can confirm all necessary information by email.  This will delay your turnaround time.  If we do not hear back from you in a timely manner, your order will be canceled and, if payment was supplied, a refund will be issued.

Money Orders & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Online Ordering  by 
Orders may be placed securely on our website anytime.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal via secure online payment gateway. 

Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.  If you think you've placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email from Cherry Hill Designs, either the confirmation email was flagged as spam (check your junk mail folder), or we did not receive your order or payment.  If payment is not received within 5 business days of receipt, the order will be cancelled.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CHERRY HILL DESIGNS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if product or quantity is no longer available.  A refund will be extended in the event that an order is declined.

Proofs and Typographical Errors  by 
In order to keep production moving and costs low, proofs are not provided with each order. We copy and paste personalization direct from the order to help prevent spelling errors.  It is very important to type the personalization correctly and double-check all spelling before placing an order.  Cherry Hill Designs cannot be held responsible if the order information given to us is incorrect.  However, if we have made an error, we will promptly reprint the item and ship it to you at no charge.

Returns  by 

These labels are our livelihood, so we want you to enjoy using our products as much as we enjoy making them for you.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll provide a replacement set.  Or if we've made an error on your order, just let us know; we'd be happy to make it right as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that all personalized product is made-to-order -- specifically for you -- from scratch; therefore, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Canceled, refused or returned orders that have been printed are subject to a 15% service fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: we cannot replace waterproof labels that have faded in color due to exposure to chlorine bleach.  Please make sure your detergent is chlorine bleach-free before washing your labels in the dishwasher.  Read the fine print on your detergent bottle/carton, review our notices posted in each listing and heed the warning label placed on each set of waterproof labels.  With proper care, our vinyl labels can last indefinitely.

Sales Tax  by 
Cherry Hill Designs will automatically charge and withhold the applicable 8.25% Texas sales tax for customer's with a billing address in the state of Texas.  For orders shipped to other U.S. states, you are solely responsible for sales tax or other taxes.

Shipping Policy  by 

Orders are shipped via USPS from Dallas, Texas.  Tracking and insurance are not provided with First Class service, and Cherry Hill Designs is NOT responsible for delayed, lost or stolen First Class shipments.  An expedited shipping charge and tracking info may be added to your order for an additional fee.  Please note: we do not offer expedited turnaround -- only expedited shipping.  All orders (regardless of shipping service selected) are processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping times listed below are only USPS estimates -- not a guarantee.  Please contact the USPS with any questions.

  First Class: approx. 2-5 business days (US) - no tracking number provided
10+ business days (outside US)
  Priority: 2-3 business days (US only)
  Express: Overnight (US only - not available in all areas)
A shipping confirmation number is provided for Priority and Express shipments after your order is processed.  Please keep this confirmation for your records. Cherry Hill Designs is NOT responsible for delayed or lost shipments unless you have purchased Priority or Express service.

Submitting Photos  by 
If you've purchased a product that includes a digital photo, and were unable to upload the photo online, please email your photo to orders@cherryhilldesigns.com.

Please do not crop or edit your photos before uploading or sending. We have all of the tools to professionally enhance and edit your photos - plus it's all included in the price. Professional cropping is necessary to ensure that trimmed edges will not cut off important features within the design. Minor touch ups are free too. We'll even convert your images to black and white or sepia upon request - no additional charge. 

When possible, it's always best to send us the photo straight from your camera or photographer. We cannot use web photos that have been uploaded to an online photo album (Snapfish, Shutterfly etc.).  Please email us the actual photo from your computer.  If your email program compresses files for easy emailing or web viewing, please turn off those features before emailing your photos.

We recommend digital images be at least 1800x1200 pixels (most digital cameras offer this as an option). This will allow us to crop and zoom without compromising final print quality. We cannot use compressed (low-resolution, web-quality) photos due to poor print quality.  A hi-resolution photo's file size should be about 900KB-2MB when attached to an email.  Contact us with any questions.

Turnaround  by 

Since all orders are made from scratch, the process usually takes 4-7 business days – plus shipping transit time.  Once an order is placed, our customer service rep Karen will confirm the order via email and send notification once the order has shipped.

Allow 4-7 business days for processing PLUS:

  • First Class Letter 2-5 business days* (no tracking info provided)
  • Priority Mail – 2-3 business days
  • Express Mail – 1-2 business days (overnight in most areas)

*First Class delivery time is NOT guaranteed by the USPS and my take longer than 5 business days. Tracking number not provided on First Class shipments.  Transit times above are provided by the USPS -- see USPS.com for more details.

All products are shipped via USPS from Dallas, Texas, so additional shipping transit time will depend on how close/far you are from Texas.
