Online Orders

Orders may be placed securely on our website anytime.  We accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard payments online. 

Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.  If you think you've placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email from Cherry Hill Designs, either the confirmation email was flagged as spam (check your junk mail folder), or we did not receive your order or payment.  If payment is not received within 5 business days of order date, the order will be canceled.

Phone Orders

If you do not wish to order on-line, you can call me on my cell Monday through Friday during studio hours to place an order by phone.  Please note the item(s), design style and personalization before calling, and have your credit card number handy.

If you are not able to reach me during studio hours, you can email me your number and the best time to reach you and I will try to call you back during that timeframe. 

Turnaround

All items are made-to-order from scratch and orders are usually printed within HOURS (weekdays) upon receipt and then orders are dispatched to my wonderful helpers (Allena & Karen) for packaging and shipping. The whole process usually takes 3-4 business days, plus shipping time.  Generally, orders and emails are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays unless prior arrangements have been made.

A shipping confirmation number and estimated ship date will be sent via email once your order has been printed and dispatched for shipping.  Orders are shipped via USPS from Dallas, Texas.

If you've provided an incomplete order, have not submitted payment, or have a question about product details, your order will be placed on temporary hold until we can confirm all necessary information. 

Additional Customization

In order to keep our design copyrights in-tact, streamline our work flow and keep production moving quickly (which keeps prices low),  we do not customize our designs to meet your specifications.  Simply stated, we do not offer "design-it-yourself" service.  All designs are printed with colors and fonts as-shown -- with your custom name or text. 

If you need custom artwork, I've worked with several very talented designers whose contact information I'd be happy to pass along upon request.  Email me if you'd like a designer referral.  

Need your logo on a custom label?  Need labels in a custom shape or size?  We can make custom labels if the customer-supplied artwork is print-ready and meets our specifications.  We charge a small set-up fee, and require a minimum order of 500 square feet of labels.  The actual label cost is charged per square inch.  Email me for more details.  Note: a logo or art supplied in a Word document is not considered print-ready; only vector art or hi-res JPGs are accepted.

Shipping and Tracking Info

Orders are shipped via USPS parcel service from Dallas, Texas.  An expedited shipping charge may be added to your order for an additional fee.  Please note: we do not offer expedited turnaround -- only expedited shipping.  All orders (regardless of shipping service selected) are processed as quickly as possible.

Shipping times listed below are only USPS estimates -- not a guarantee.  Please contact the USPS with any questions.

A shipping confirmation number is provided via email after your order is processed.  Please keep this confirmation for your records. Cherry Hill Designs is NOT responsible for delayed or lost shipments unless you have purchased additional postage insurance.

Return Policy

These labels are our livelihood, so we want you to enjoy using our products as much as we enjoy making them for you.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date.  If we've made an error on your order, we'd be happy to make it right or provide a replacement set for you as quickly as possible.  But please keep in mind that all personalized product is made-to-order -- specifically for you -- from scratch; therefore, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.  Canceled, refused or returned orders that have been printed are subject to a 15% service fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: we cannot replace waterproof labels that have faded in color due to exposure to chlorine bleach.  Please make sure your detergent is chlorine bleach-free before washing your labels in the dishwasher.  Read the fine print on your detergent bottle/carton, review our notices posted in each listing and heed the warning label placed on each set of waterproof labels.  With proper care, our vinyl labels can last indefinitely.

We copy and paste personalization direct from each order to help prevent spelling errors.  It is very important to type the personalization correctly and double-check all spelling before placing an order.  Cherry Hill Designs cannot be held responsible if the order information given to us is incorrect.  However, if we have made an error, we will promptly reprint the item and ship it to you at no charge.

Sales Tax

Cherry Hill Designs will automatically charge and withhold the applicable 8.25% Texas sales tax for customer's with a billing address in the state of Texas.  For orders shipped to other U.S. states, you are solely responsible for sales tax or other taxes.
